Il existe plusieurs solutions \u00e0 mettre en place pour stimuler imm\u00e9diatement votre \u00e9nergie. Vous pouvez aussi am\u00e9liorer votre niveau d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie en faisant des changements dans votre style de vie et dans votre r\u00e9gime alimentaire. Le yoga peut t&rsquo;aider \u00e0 augmenter ton \u00e9nergie. Essaie de prendre des postures \u00e9nergisantes, comme la posture du chien t\u00eate en bas, la posture du cobra ou la posture du pont.<\/p><p>M\u00eame une posture pench\u00e9e en avant rapide peut t&rsquo;aider \u00e0 augmenter ton \u00e9nergie.<\/p><ul><li>Pour faire la posture pench\u00e9e en avant, tient-toi debout les pieds l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9cart\u00e9s, regarde en bas et penche toi vers tes orteils.<\/li><li>Essaie de toucher tes orteils, penche-toi autant que tu le peux mais sans forcer et en douceur.<\/li><li>Laisse pendre tes bras et reste dans cette position pendant quelques minutes.
