Les experts d\u00e9crivent \u00e9galement du \u00ab\u00a0<strong>bon stress\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0 qui se traduit par une<strong> r\u00e9action d&rsquo;adaptation<\/strong> efficace \u00e0 une situation redout\u00e9e. <strong>Le stress chronique<\/strong> en revanche affaiblit aussi bien notre sant\u00e9 mentale que physique.<\/p><p>Exemple de situation pouvant \u00eatre stressante: un examen, la prise de parole en public, un conflit, une op\u00e9ration chirurgicale, un mariage, un d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement, un accident\u2026 Les agents stressants sont per\u00e7us diff\u00e9remment d\u2019un individu \u00e0 l\u2019autre, mais certains facteurs favorisent l\u2019apparition du stress comme la perte de contr\u00f4le face \u00e0 une situation, la nouveaut\u00e9, Cette phase nous permet d\u2019agir de la fa\u00e7on la plus appropri\u00e9e pour combattre l\u2019\u00e9tat de stress. L\u2019agression termin\u00e9e et le stress disparu, l\u2019organisme retrouve son m\u00e9tabolisme naturel. Si le stimulus persiste, vous passez \u00e0 une phase de r\u00e9sistance.
